 Tena koutou katoa today we are going to be talking about. The Maori history. 

There are 16 different types of haka. 

 The haka is a war dance. 

 The haka uses whole-body movement, songs, and chants. 

The haka is performed to show emotion and thought, welcome people, celebrations, to spread fear in conflict. 

The war chant is a call to the god to ask for help. 

The waiatas are based on the stories and the legend. 

They stomp their feet to connect to their Whenua. 

There are four elements of the haka Earth, Fire, Wind, and Water.  Your Whenua, ahi, hau, and wai. 

They wiri (shake their hands) to represent the heat waves rising from the ground, to share life. 

The Maori tattoo is a cool expression of cultural heritage and identity.

this week we have been making pot plants for ag day. we made our pot plants out of recycled bottles. 

 

This week we have been making pot plants, and fabric design for ag day.  Our fabric design is made out of white fabric as the base cote and die as the background and paint for our design. 

advantages of the chrome book

Today we have been making a video about how chrome books have made it easier to work on. We had to make a brainstorm on jam board and we had to ask a bunch of questions and ask it on  the person you are interviewing.
